Help for egg bound hen

I lost a hen in September because she was egg bound. After her death, I started giving my remaining flock oyster shells to strengthen their eggs. Now one of my other hens is looking like she's egg bound. Her rump is tucked, she looks tired and listless. What should I do????

try inserting a lubricated finger into the cloaca and using the other hand to squeeze the egg out. You can give them a warm bath too, to try and relax her.
