Help for leer splayed leg

I bought 2 Guinea Keets at Atwoods that both had severe splayed legs. They basically put them aside to die as they had no idea
what to do with them (that's a whole other subject). Did the band aid method and both responded really well. Completely cured one but the other had a relapse with one leg after a week. Have been rewrapping and just can't seem to straighten it. Took it to a vet yesterday hoping he could help but basically did the same thing I've been doing. I almost feel like the best solution would be a little cast if possible to straighten it. Is this at all possible? Sorry about the title of this post...crappy spell check. LOL

I found some stuff at walgreens (even tho I'm not a fan) its like a roll of gauze only you can wet it and make a cast
