Help for my baby chicks eye

A couple days ago one of my chicks got beaten up by the other one (they are a week old I only have 2) her eye was red and shut. I separated them and thought it would open on its own. It still hasn't but I'm afraid the clean or touch it since the chick is so you and we'll it's the eye. I'll attach aa picure. I'll take any suggestions

Vetericyn eye gel, Terramycin ointment, or plain Neosporin/Triple Antibiotic ointment applied to the eye twice a day may help. Saline can be used to clean the eye. You really need to use clean hands and do this, or there could be an infection.
