I have a flock of 10 Turkeys that seem to be having some problems with breathing. A few in the flock are gasping/yawning, shaking heads, acting lethergic at times where they will stop and rest while closing their eyes. I have reserarched this and came up with possible gapeworm. So I treated them orally for 7 nights with Safeguard (Fenbendazole) 0.4 - 0.6ml depending on weight and they weigh between 4-7lbs. I treated them as soon as I noticed symptoms. As of now I have seen no improvements. I also dont see signs of respiratory issues. Looking for advice of what to do or if this could be something I am missing.

Welcome to BYC!

That dose is a little lower than what my book recommends, but you gave for 7 days so I think that should have done the trick.

Can you take a video, upload to YouTube or Vimeo then copy/paste the link here?

I only have antibiotics for Respiratory infection. Just looking to see if anyone is familiar with symptoms like this and has any advice for at home treatment options.

I suspect it is a respiratory infection, but there are so many it's hard to know which one. There are lots of drugs you can try, which is why I asked if you had any. If he were mine I would give him shots of Baytril, but Baytril is banned for use in poultry.
