Help Getting Welsummer Chicks in Coop

I found a cute little solar light at walmart and use that with the chickens - they like it and makes the coop inviting.

How do you get the solar light to work in the coop? Do you get sunlight in the coop?

Wow this is a great forum - never seen so many so eager to help others! I started with the nightlight last night - while they didn't go in on their own they did seem less scared and more settled down once I put them in. If the light works great but hope that eventually they'll learn to do without it.

I was looking into solar powered lights too! They have some great ones that can be wall mounted. I'm off to get one tomorrow!
