HELP! Goat got into Chicken Grower/finisher and possibly in labor OR Bloat?

I -think- I might've seen a bit of white discharge this morning, but I couldn't get close enough to really see.

I -think- I might've seen a bit of white discharge this morning, but I couldn't get close enough to really see.
All three of my does had a small amount of white discharge the last month of their pregnancy. I also had one that had quite a bit of discharge the last two weeks and she was the last to give birth. Go figure. My first timer went first and I knew for sure because she screamed very loudly for 12 hours and was running around like crazy. I had to sit with her most of the time. She was also the smallest out of the three does and I was not even sure she was pregnant until I saw Bam Bam kicking her. He was quite crazy in her belly. Constantly having a party. He even would respond to our voices. She gave birth to a very large 5 lbs buckling on December 19. The next to go was my doe who had fooled me many times before and she waited till 4 am and my wether boy woke me up screaming because she was having some trouble her buckling was not positioned right and as soon as I helped him into position and out she gave birth to a doeling that practically flew out. The buckling was 4 lbs and the doeling was 3 lbs. She gave birth on Dec 23 and my last doe who had been having quite a bit of goo gave birth to two doelings on Dec 26 both were 3 lbs. I would have sworn this doe would have gone first and my first timer last but they sure did follow the does code of honor. It seems like so long for them to have them and once they are born it goes by super fast my kids are already 5 months old and looking more and more like goats and not kids. I remember thinking I was crazy and they would never kid.

This is the very big buckling, Bam Bam, yesterday, he is a wether now. Also with Noel, my first doeling born.

This is him an and my first freshner 2 days after he was born.

More pictures today! As you can see Teas bagged up some more. Her udder is REALLY tight. But not overly so. She doesn't wanna be touched, caught, or fussed with at ALL.

I'm thinking I'm going to pull her kids and bottle feed them. It's more work, yeah, but it sure beats trying to tame them with a flighty dam.

Okay, so issue here; my needles and good syringe got thrown away.

The big one is hard to push shots in and drawn them out. And the one needle left is super dull. Overall it makes giving shots near impossible.

Would it be okay to give her todays two doses orally until tomorrow? Thats when the banks open and I can cash a check I got for a job. It's like.. Day four on her treatment and I know she still needs it.

Ok, on the pics.. .she hasn't dropped at all yet, so it's not like super imminent. Does can udder up weeks ahead of kidding.
On the pulling the kids.. make sure you are ready to be responsible for milking her twice a day. You can't just pull the kids for a few days, decide it's too hard, then try to put them back. Many does won't take them back.

As for the meds... I'm going to have to look that one up. Unless staceykins or cassie jumps in. I've never had to do that, so don't know off the top of my head, lol.

Well, I milk my current momma three times a day. I was hoping to up her milk production but it seems to have had the opposite effect with milk production going down. Today I only got maybe 1/4th of a cup, where before I could get about 1/4th of a jar.

I didn't milk one day, when baby first got her appetite back and kept her empty, but towards the end of the day she couldn't get anything from momma.

As for oral antibiotics, I looked it up, and some people only give one shot of penicillin to start them off and do the rest orally. So a day shouldn't hurt her.

So.. Tea has stolen the doeling from the other momma.

She wont let Momma get near her baby and headbutts her when she does.

uhm........? What's going on here?

Any chance you have someone stealing milk from her? If not, how long had she been fresh?

As for Tea, one she either is really ready to be a momma or two maybe you have a false pregnancy going on? I imagine it's more the first though. I've had does close to kidding start talking to the other newer babies.
This year I had all my does kids really close together. Ie wad like a communal milk bar for them lol. They just fed whoever wanted to nurse!

I'm not sure if anyone would be stealing milk. But she has been more and more avoidant.. I only have one baby and one lactating doe, so unless Teas doing it..? She's been fresh for a week and a half now, I guess? And she's a FF, so.. ?

Teas been a LOT more vocal today. Normally she's completely silent unless you have a treat. But now she's bleating at the baby.. No 'small talk' but just a lot of bleating.
