Help! Goat with irritated bottom.

So i just bought a 2 year old doe, and i noticed a reddish mark on her bottom, inbetween her anus and vulva area. What is it?

She could be rubbing her bottom which worms will cause that. Make sure she is wormed. I’d put some neosporin to keep poo off of it and just see if it gets better after a few days.

Can you take a pic of her tail from the side for me so I can see the tip of it? Goats with copper deficiency will lose the hair at the end of the tail and copper deficiency can also cause all sorts of minor issues, including worm loads or poor skin health.

I feel like its getting worse rather than better.

Kinda looks like a hemorrhoid in a way. They can be itchy.

Preparation H maybe? She can’t reach her butt to lick it and it should take irritation and swelling out. Does she strain when she poops or has she ever?

When i put the neosporin on it she licks some of it off then tries to scratch it with her teeth.
I noticed the day i got her she had some yelloish mucus coming out her nose and yellow eye discharge but it was raining that day and she no longer has that.
