That could complicate things. I'd say go to your farm store and ask if they have an antibiotic eye ointment. Hopefully they do. It doesn't have to specifically be terramycin.
 
Yes i asked ..they dont have it ...
The goslings eye looks way better though ...
maybe it wasnt an infection..maybe he injured his eye on the way home after we bought him ... ?
