How long does it take the bator to get up to temp?

The fan wires are taped into the power supply cord

Cherpit -- don't forget that my fan is wired SEPARATELY in my 1602, so the pix I posted show the wiring in its original configuration before you added your fan kit.

I took the wrong wire off initially. The fan is working, but the thermostat is not. If I could just get a hand drawn schematic, I think I could fix it.
