HELP! got spot on the comb

got roosters X3 lest than a year old, asymptomatic, feeds: Pride sratch grain and Dumor all flock pellet, free range. I noticed that there are spots on their comb . andone knows what it is an how to take care of it?

Doesn't look like Favus which is a fungal infection that looks like white pasty powder on a comb and feathers.

Looks like Fowl Pox.
If it's only on the comb, you may want to just observe it. The virus will usually run it's course over several weeks.
If you wish to do something, paint the scabs with Iodine to help dry them up, but take care not to disturb the scabs.
