Help! Does anyone know what could be going on with my hen? I noticed that she was walking around kinda of weird and todayy husband brought her into the house cause her butt was bleeding. He cleaned her up and there is white stuff leaking from her (as seen in photo) she is walking around and eating and drinking water. Any idea what could be wrong?

Are there any maggots on her anywhere?

What happened to all the feathers on her back end? Could it be severe feather picking from the other birds in the flock?

Spend some time tomorrow observing your flock. I bet you've got at least one feather picker.
That feather loss isn't molting.
The injuries to the skin are superficial and will heal up on their own. The bigger concern is who did the damage to her.
