Help- growth or tumor on female

I noticed one of my females acting lethargic and not herself. I picked her up and immediately noticed a protrusion in her wing by the shoulder, it is a large hard mass that extend through underneath her wing. I thought at first she had a broken wing but upon further inspection it appears to be a growth. I don’t know if she’s in pain so I isolated her so she would not be mated with in case she is in pain. Please see pics.
Google tells me NOTHING!

Is it soft or hard to the touch?

If it's soft and squishy, it's probably a boil/blister or an insect bite. It could also be a cyst.
If it's hard and solid then it could be cancerous, and there is nothing you can do except get it to a vet.
