HELP!! Guinea eggs hatching at day 24!!!

OK this is only my third time using my incubator! I"m trying to hatch 8 guinea eggs. I have a LG still air. Temp the entire time was 99-101 just like its supposed to be and never any warmer. Went down to set up my hatcher today and noticed an egg had pipped!! They weren't supposed to be pulled from the turner until tomorrow night(day 25). Is this normal? I removed the eggs from the turner and placed them in the hatcher this AM (day 24). Did i do the right thing?
