Help!Half-drowned duckling

I found a drowning duckling in a lake with no mama duck in sight. he was completely drenched and was struggling to get on land. I don't know what to do, last time this happened it died within hours(though i had been watching it in the wild for days and it was relly weak-struggling to walk and swim-)'
im trying to keep it warm but what shoul I do?

Keep it warm. Feed it and give it lots of cuddles. That’s what I would do

Take it home, wrap it in a towel, and put it under a heat lamp or on a heating pad

After it warms up and is doing better, you should probably take it to the local wildlife rescue, they'll have a better idea of how to care for it.

i don't have anything to heat it is the probem. everything else ill do fine but heat....

A hairdryer will work. Just make sure it's on low and not too hot. You should be able to have your hand in front of it without it getting too hot.

This will sound weird but put it in your shirt. It needs to be warm. It will thank you by staying alive.

Go to the duck section on here and look for a thread called "orphaned ducklings... help" by Cloverleaf Farm. There's some good information there, and then browse the rest of the forum for additional information on getting the little one to adulthood.
