HELP has anyone had a blind cick?

I have a 5 month old barred rock hen that is blind. She has eyes but cant see a thing and she is doing great. I put her food and water in same spot every time and she is even bigger then a couple of the others. I dont have a large number though I only have 4 hens and 1 rooster who i was told as a chick he was a hen so imagine my surprise as a newbie to chickens when he started to crow last week
