HELP!!! Hatched with something sticking out of vent and wrapped around leg

Looks like a vein, if it's not hindering the chick, leave it alone, it will dry and fall off.

I was able to slide it off her foot but stuff still hanging out of vent

Is it for sure coming out of vent and not the naval area? I know I was confused about that when mine hatched and thinking the same. Looks like umbilical cord to me but It’s a good chance I’m wrong. If it’s indeed the cord it should dry and remove itself if not I don’t have the slightest ideas of what to do. Maybe someone else with more knowledge can help shortly. I was just offering my opinion and maybe help calm the nerves. I know it can be exhausting when you think there is a problem
