Help, hatching duckling seems in trouble.

Ok, he is resting and definitely improving. Now to worry about the third egg. It pipped this morning around 8. The membrane under the cracked shell is dry white. I poked a tiny hole in the membrane to be sure he had air and is alive (he is). I am worried that I have a whole batch of sticky chicks or large chicks from the high Memphis humidity. I am hoping he will start hatching soon so I know what to do.

Update: duckling number one is doing well. The stuff on his belly just looks like a scabby belly button now. Duckling number two hasn’t done anything all day so I enlarged the pip enough to look in. He looks good so I coconut oiled the membrane edges and put him back to bake a little longer. I want to leave him alone but he is in the smallest egg so I think I may chip more in a couple of hours. I think they all got too big to move thanks to our high humidity. Any thoughts?

I'd keep a close eye on #2.

How are the ducklings doing today?
Mostly good. The first duckling still has a dry, black, belly button thing, but seems fine. The second is healthy but has wry neck. I am giving them egg yolk, b-vitamins, yeast flakes, and peas with their water softened starter as recommended on the duck forum. If you have any other ideas, they are welcome!
