Help hatching needed ASAP

I have a broody hen laying on eggs that have started to hatch; however, my other hen has layed in her nesting box and I have eggs of all different ages. I do have an incubator. My question is, take the babies and put them under heating lamp as they hatch or let her brood until she abandons the other eggs and put them in the incubator

I would do the latter.
This is a common problem. In the future, mark all eggs under broody hens so you can remove newer volunteers.

I agree wait until she takes the chicks out of the nest and incubate the others.

How many extras are under her that she didn't start out with? And do you know an estimated hatch day for them?
