Help hatching peafowl eggs!!

Ok I just shook the eggs and they sound like they have water inside. How can u get my peahen to lay more eggs she only laid those two around may 10th

My aunt gave me three peafowl eggs on the 20th of May and three more on the 1st of June. Two of the first three look like duds, light shines through like your pictures and no veins. The three she gave me on the first look like duds too, one of the egg shells is paper thin, other shell is full of cracks and third is covered in mud... no veins or any sign of life today and it's day 10... day 22 for the first set of eggs.
She's dropping more eggs off today/tomorrow and it sucks to have to tell her there is only one viable egg out of the six and it will be another week to see if that one makes it.

Hope your peahen lays more and you get another crack at hatching. I'd kill for a broody hen. Maybe it's time to buy a Silkie and just use the incubator as backup.

Well I have the nearest sportsman from GQF so it shouldn't be an incubator problem. Do you (megaputz) have any tips on getting her to lay more eggs. The male was chasing her all over the place yesterday. And she was teasing him. She is old enough to lay eggs she's went broody two or three times now.

My aunt and cousin are the ones with the peafowl, I'm sorry. Only have rabbits, ducks and chickens.
From what I read while learning about hatching peafowl, and you can google "hatching peafowl eggs". Remember cleaning out pen beforehand so birds are not disturbed. Feeding 'chicken layer feed' with oyster shells on the side. Happy birds with a balanced diet.

Hopefully the others answer you. Only started hatching four months ago. Have been lingering on the site for 3 years. This place is a wealth of information. Again, google search "encouraging peafowl to lay backyardchickens.com"

Love it and hate it. I'll spend hours reading now... but it's interesting and I love learning.
