Can you get some photos of him standing up?
How old?

Really hard to tell anything about him.
What are you feeding?

hi he is 6 months old I fed him chicken starter chicken grower and he is on 16.5% protein pellets now and gets protein in his mash. I have never seen a rooster so small or so undeveloped he has big feet and long legs tiny body. Thanks for the reply

Do you know what line he's from?
What's mom like?

I would feed him chick starter or all flock/flock raiser, he's still growing, needs protein and doesn't need all the calcium found in layer pellets.
I would also give him human B-Complex 1/4 tablet 2-3 times a week for a few weeks.

As for how he looks - could be genetic, developmental - hard to know. If he's heritage then he may be extremely slow in developing.

I have mum and Dad no issues there. His mother is not large but father is a very large boy. Thanks so much for the reply. Are there roosters that are genetically tiny , He is the tiniest heritage Rock I have had...

If Mom is small, then he may be small. He's still pretty young and not even feathered in very well. Give him time and see how he turns out.
