I don't remember where I read it, but someone said to wet the membrane with a drop of water, keeping the shell dry, and putting a small piece of tape over the missing shell area. One person used electrical tape, someone else packing tape... something that will stick, but also loosen with the heat and humidity. Though... I think with as far along as this chick is... you probably shouldn't do anything... should be hatching any time now.
