Spanish rice?? onions, cooked rice, tomato sauce, spices and some cheese on top--serve w/ the frozen veggies!

If you have some soy sauce you could cook the mixed veggies and serve them over rice.

You could also melt the cheese in the mixed veggies and serve that over the rice.

I know you've already had dinner , but one of the really simple dishes I do is chicken/pork/wild game covered in cream of mushroom soup and rice . Basically all you do is put the uncooked rice on the bottom of your baking pan , add half of a soup can of water , put meat over that , then spread the soup over the top of meat . Cook at 350 for 45 min (or more depending on oven and meat ) . Slice some taters into "chips" put them on a baking sheet with butter and spices (usually takes 20 minutes , spices I use are : oregano , thyme , seasoning salt , garlic salt ) and do some veggies . I also make killer french bread , seafood chowder , broccoli cheese soup , and spaghetti if you want the recipes !

When I don't feel like cooking or really don't have time these are some things I make.

Hot dogs with canned chili
Boil some eggs and make tuna sandwiches
Fry some bacon and make BLTs
Tacos and canned refried beans
1 pound of ground beef, a jar of spaghetti sauce and pasta
Grill cheese sandwiches with dill pickles and potato chips
Sausage gravy with biscuits and eggs
