My broody hen had four babies and she just got up and started moving around with them yesterday. I was really excited but today one was missing. I was confused because I had no idea where it could have gone. I looked under the coop and around the edge of the coop it was laying on the ground. I thought it was dead, but when I poked it with a stick it moved slightly. I picked it up and it moves ever so slightly now again, but is mostly motionless. I have no idea what happened to it, but it looks like its on its deathbed. I put it under a lamp and I have no idea what to do. Its neck bends all of the place. I dont know if that is because it is unconscious or because it is broken. Please help! I know the details are minimal but I dont know what else to say. I will post a picture momentarily. PLEASE HELP SOMEHOW!!!

It keeps on opening its mouth as well, but I dont know what to do and occasionally it will bring its legs up to its face just for a moment kinda like a twitch

Try using a syringe to drip feed water into its beak, if possible use water with electrolytes, if it starts responding then try mashing up chic feed with warm water and again try syringing small amounts every few hours, if it then ppicks up try and put it back and see if mum will look after it, sorry I can't help much, im kinda new, and that is all I could think to do when one of my chicks were close to death, hope she picks up soon

The chick is trying to lift itself up. It successfully turned itself over but cannot get up at all. Its like its head is an anchor and his feet have no traction

I have no idea what the problem is but, if it seems like it is suffering. I know you won't like this and most others probably won't but I would cull it to end it's suffering. I just can't stand to watch them suffer. If you try to save it though, I hope it works.
