Help!!!!!!!! Hen is walking like a penguin

Standing like this now. Walking as is if she has a weight on her back. Panting. Trying to jump up to her perch.

Have you looked into it being ascites?

is she eating/drinking? Feel her abdomen for fluid. It helps to compare it to other hens to see what is normal or not.

She’s not eating feed right now. Drinking. Eating from the grit and calcium. She took scratch from my hand

She has the same soft belly as my laying pullet.

She has a runny vent and is walking a little bit better than before. Still shuffling, but her tail is not touching the ground. She tries to go outside.
Oh wow. Just as I’m typing, she pooped a yolk

She passed a soft shell too

She’s roosting for the night now. Hopefully she will be normal tomorrow, after passing the soft shelled egg. I have no idea how she laid two eggs in a day but hopefully that isn’t a sign of a long term problem.
