She probably is in shock, so a heat lamp might be helpful. If she won't drink the sugar water on her own you could drop a little down the side of her beak. I had a chicken who was attacked by a hawk who had pretty serious injuries. She was completely limp from shock, and I was really surprised the next day when she was sitting up. It took her a while to really want to eat because when they are in serious shock their digestive system shuts down. She made a full recovery.
