HELP! HEN LOOSING ALL FEATHERS

I have noticed over the last week one of my hens is loosing a LOT of feathers over the last week, which i thought was molting at first as other hens have done, but now she is loosing a lot more features as you will see below.

Please can you help me identify an problems thier could be with her such as a disease or anything thats not right as its dosent look ok?

She's just having a really rough molt. Nothing to worry about! Make sure she has lots of protein in her diet to help grow her feathers back.
