HELP! Hen losing feathers! Not moulting.

Hen, 3 years finished moulting a week back and now she's losing her feathers again? She's kept inside the house, so I'm not sure if she has mites. How to check for them? I think I saw some red insects around her food too. Can hens moult twice? Please help. Pictures below.

Yes, I've had it happen, especially after being broody.

If it's the breast area, & there's no pins, she maybe plucking her breast feathers to make a broody patch. If she maybe going broody.
