Help - hen not drinking coccidia medication! She is dehydrated now!

My two 1.5 yr old hens came down with sudden bloody stool. I immediately put them on endocox (toltrazuril). They are NOT drinking the water that it is in! I am using the correct dosage (1 tsp per gallon) and I'm mixing it with a tad bit of apple cider vinegar. I used this same dosage just weeks ago for my brooder chicks and they drank it happily. The two girls refuse to touch their water OR food.. They are going downhill. Help! Any ideas of what to do? Is there a more concentrated dosage of endocox that I can get down them with a syringe?

One of my girls is showing less blood in her poop, but the other one is not doing any better. They have had endocox in their water for 3 days now.

I would omit the ACV from the mix.

If they aren't drinking it, then you can syringe the mixed water into them several times a day.

Feed them wet mash with the medicated water mixed in instead of regular water. Hopefully they will eat it.
