Help-Hen or Roo?

First time chicken owner here, I’ve googled and tried to figure it out myself but am still having a heck of a time with it, is my 14 weeks old Easter egger male or female? Up until about a week ago I thought it was female but it’s recently started crowing, not sure if it’s the dominance thing because we don’t have other roosters or if it’s because this is actually a male..

That's a cockerel. The red coming in on the shoulders is male trait along with the bright red face and the crowing.
