Help! Hen or rooster?

Neither crows yet at all and I'm thinking they are 4-5m old actually (Got them May 5th (I think) and they were a few weeks old already.

is this chicken crowing? at this age they would be crowing. do as i suggested before. see if there is 2 bumps in their vent or 1 2= pullet 1 = cock

This bird has two copies of the barring gene expressed in its plumage....that is uniquely male. As to age and crowing, there are many factors that affect when a bird will begin crowing, age is just one

Ive nevet had chickens so im not sure what crowing sounds like, but im pretty certain its the loud awful noise he makes at the ducks in the morning. Like a squeaky growl. We cant have a rooster though so ive gotta find him a home
