Help! Hen stepped on hatching egg. I am sure this us not the first but does this chick need help?

Do I need to help it? The hen keeps getting on and off the nest, is this normal for hatching day? They are 21 days tomorrow with several pipping.

yes, left it in the nest but opened just a tiny bit by the head(worried it couldn't breath) checked a few hours later and it had hatched and was doing good.
