Does she have a bad odor around her head as coryza does? Her sinuses may have pus inside them that needs to be removed. If it is not removed, the antibiotics may not work. Besides Tylan 50, I would try cleaning her eyes with saline, and applying Terramycin Eye Ointment twice a day.
