HELP! Hen with swollen eye

This is my ISA brown Scarlet: she has a swollen eye and I’m worried about her please help

Just noticedBoth her eyes are swollen underneath aka the bottom eyelid

I have a few home remedies! I'd quarantine her for now, since we are unaware of what it is

She has had it for a while
Nobody else has it so could she have gotten anything in it the infect

I might try some antibiotics for her to fix her eye
Any idea what. Could use???

Does her face have a bad odor? Respiratory disease with sinus infection can be a sign of mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) or coryza which has a bad odor. There is no cure, but your flock will become carriers for life of either chronic disease. Some cull for a disease like this. Tylan 50 injectable given ORALLY is the easiest antibiotic medication to find in find stores that might treat symptoms, but will not cure it. Sulfa antibiotic (sulfadimethoxine) which comes from a vet may be needed to treat coryza. Here is some reading about both diseases:
