HELP- Hens attacking new Phoenix rooster!

I guess I stated my question wrong. Will he be able to do it while in a dog crate?

No.

Keep him away from your chickens - as far away as possible for 30 days at least.

Then move the dog crate into the chicken coop with the hens but don't open it.

After a week, hen they have gotten accustomed to seeing him you can open the door.

Don't make him come out. Just open the door.

He might come out on his own. If not, go back at night and take him out and put him ont he roost with the hens.

They will all wake up together. At that point he will have to establish himself over time. It won't happen in one day or two days. It may take several days.

Thank you. I put him in the run but the hens can see him hear him and get used to seeing him. I have no more space to put him.
