Help!!! Hens vs Roosters

She must just be a big girl! I wouldn't mind a rooster, but technically where we live we're not allowed to have one.

Some grow faster than others. I have an easter egger hen that was HUGE early on. She feathered super fast, too (as in head covered at three weeks). Still female.
