Help hens with bite wounds !

Help something has hurt my hens wings ! I checked the the two hens that are hurt nothing is broken or still bleeding and everyone is acting normally . Should I clean

the wounds of so how ? One of the cuts smells bad and the other looks like an actual part of the wing is gone. I would really appreciate any advice.

I would put either neosporin or anti-bacterial ointment on the wounds after washing them with soapy water. Keep them away from the rest of the flock until the wound heals. Not sure what hurt them, though it was probable the other chickens (and possible even a rat) that did it.

I too agree that they need to be cleaned up, especially if one is smelling bad. The smell would point me towards infection. Certainly need some kind anti bacterial ointment on them. As for what could have caused this, it could be a predator. They can get through some wire and tear parts of birds. Especially raccoons with hands.
