Hello, and welcome to BYC. There is some issue with the 'honking' bird, but generally respiratory issues escalate and result in death. The other is a opportunistic feather pecker/plucker. Sometimes that is nutritional in nature more frequently in my experience it is a result of boredom. If it's the former protein supplementation may help.

Yep, it sounds like respiratory issues. Are Quinn and Flash the only chickens you have? Definitely separate them.
