Help! How much to supplement a Niacin deficient duck

That helps a lot. One of my vet books says when treating a niacin deficiency to give the bird 50 mg of niacin per kilogram of body weight 3 times a day. For your duck that means ~40 mg 3 times a day, so I think it if had one that weighed what your duck weighs and was showing signs of a niacin deficiency, I would try giving one of those 50 mg tablets 3 times a day.
Thanks this is awesome. I really appreciate all the help!

See how the container has non-flushing. You don't want that kind. It won't help your duck.

Ducks/ducklings need 55mg of niacin per kg of food. Most eat .2kg a day so for maintenance they need 11mg of niacin a day.
For emergencies you can give up to 100mg a day for a week for any problems with legs and feet.

If non-flush is bad. Is flush effect good?

I believe it's the same. Studies show that niacin with no-flush, non-flushing, and flush free don't work. Or bodies as well as ducks aren't able to absorb it the way it needs to be absorbed.
Extended release and time release is also bad. The reason we're don't overdose on B vitamins is because they are water soluble and we pee them out, but in the time release and extended release the body isn't getting a break so the niacin can build up and cause liver and kidney damage in humans and ducks and any other animal.
I will look and see if I can find you something on the Amazon UK site that will make it easier for you:hugs
