You don't have to be at the beach to have sand everywhere. I live on a sand dune, no beach in sight.

I would prefer your sand to beach sand.

The only "sand" around here is what comes down the creek...more silt than anything.

Hubs had to have those placed a lot. I always cringed watching.

Always make sure you have the right size tube. One nurse placed a pediatric tube (she was being nice - thought it would hurt less) and then had to take it out and place an adult tube. He was bleeding after that.

I wonder what it would be like during it on a real person. It would have to be terrible...especially if you have a bad gag reflex.

Clear for the most part, although by no means blue clear. Really muddy when it gets up.

Oh yes. The key is to keep them swallowing. Doesn't prevent gagging, but it helps.

When I was there, there was very little clear water. Most of the creeks and rivers had orange water. They were just starting to work on clearing them up.
