Help! Hurt chick!

My dog got into the chicken cage and chased my 4 week old chicks! He didn't get ahold of any of them but one got hurt in the chaos not sure if she got stepped on or what but she won't use one of her legs! I'm new to this and I don't know what to do! She isn't moving her toes but she doesn't mind me moving her leg or foot! She is kind of twitching her head every once in a while tho like she is in pain!

If the leg flops around it is broken. If so the leg will need to be immobilized. If the foot and leg stay in the proper place it may well heal fast. In this case I would separate until the chick can get around (which could be just overnight).

Will the other chicks peck at her if she is hurt? She is separated right now but I don't know how long I should wait to put her back with them

At four weeks they might. Wait until the chick is able to move well. If you can put the hurt chick where she can see them and them her. That will help when the chick is put back with the others. Otherwise there could be problems with the chick getting bullied because she is new.
