My thought would be to see a vet if you can find one that deals with ducks. She can live with one leg, but I would be worried about infection. Ducks are really nasty and if it smells like something dead I would think she needs antibiotics and something for pain. I'm so sorry hope she gets better soon.

If you have antibiotics on hand I would start her on it. Is she eating and drinking? I'm not sure on what you could give her for pain but you can Google it. I know you can give chickens baby aspirin.
