Help! Hurt leg on newly hatched chick!!!

I have a newly hatched chick with a red and swollen shank! It can move it's hock normaly but it can't but pressure on it's leg! Plus it has some scroked toes too! I don't know if it happened in the egg or after but I need help! What can I do for the poor little thing!! It can't stand up right becuase of that leg! Is there anything I can do?? I am trying to upload a pic!!
