I have a black chicken and recently she had just always stood in a spot and did not move. I’m not sure if she is sick or not, but I suspect she is. Occasionally she would have watery eyes. I am not really sure about her age as we had adopted her as an adult chicken. I also have never weighed her, but I think she is heavier than the others since her size is big. Yesterday, she was just standing there and would sometimes only walk a few steps. I only found out yesterday, so I am not really sure how long she has been sick, but I suspect she was probably already ill a few days before. The other chickens are not exhibiting these symptoms, they seem healthy. I haven’t seen any bleeding, injury or broken bones, but one day before sunset, I came to close their coop door, I saw her jump onto the roosting stick, but after a few moments she fell off the stick, this happened another time before she successfully sat on the stick without falling down, so I not sure if her feet have any problems.

I don’t really know what happened. Yesterday, I came to feed the chickens in the morning, when I noticed that she was just standing there, looking sad and troubled. She needed some encouragement before eating a little and seemed to have no appetite. She also drank a bit of water, but with encouragement. She has been eating chicken food, but she ate a bit of cabbage yesterday and that was the only other food she ate. I haven’t done any treatment so far because I’m not sure if she is sick yet and I’m not sure what type of illness she is going through, but I have separated her from the other chickens. I hope that I can treat her myself completely, without going to the vet. I hope that she would get well soon since she has been a very loving and kind chicken to me.

Here are some photos, I hope that they will show some information.

It looks like she does have scaly leg mites but I don't think that's what's causing her to feel this bad. You can treat her legs by smearing a thick coat of Vaseline up under the scales of her legs and feet.
You need to check her crop function. It doesn't sound like she's eating much at all but still check her crop to see if there's anything in there. Because you don't know her age she could also be having a reproductive issue or some type of internal cancer causing pressure on her organs making her feel lousy. Check between her legs for any fluid buildup, check her vent and pull her feathers back and check her skin for any signs of external parasites. What does her poop look like?

I’m still a newbie, but hopefully someone with more knowledge will pop in. In the meantime, some questions that may help others narrow things down:
Is she still pooping ? Is it normal healthy looking poop?
Is she still laying? Have you checked to see if she is egg bound?
Have you checked her vent?
Checked for mites/lice/parasites?
Have you thoroughly inspected her to look for injury?
Her comb and wattles look on the pale side to me- are they always that color?
How has the weather been near you, is she having trouble with the heat?

My first 2 thoughts is that she may be egg bound, or is too hot and getting dehydrated. But then watery eyes sounds like it could be an actual illness. I think I’d start with getting some electrolytes into her, and offer some egg yolk to try and give her a little boost. Keep her warm (but not hot) and safe away from stressors until you hear back from someone.

Edit to add- there were no posts when I started typing all this out so some of it seems redundant now lol.

Her poo is all green, like a light green colour. Also she isn’t roosting anymore, last time she squeeze herself into a hole to sleep in.

she squeeze herself into a hole to sleep in.
You said she is isolated? You might consider moving her to a smaller space- to me, if she’s hiding even when she is alone, she must feel very stressed. A dog kennel with a blanket over, or even a large cat carrier might be good options to help her feel more secure. Just a thought.

You haven’t elaborated much, have you tried the mites treatment suggested by @DobieLover ? An extreme mite infection could cause anemia, which has a lot of the symptoms you’ve described.

I think her time had come. If she were mine, I'd euthanize. I'm sorry.

I have tried the mites suggestion and the solutions everyone else suggests. Thank you so much for everyone's help, but sadly she died four days ago. Possibly because of old age and illness, like what @DobieLover had said her time is up. Thank you for the help though!🙏:):)
