Help I am drowning in egg!!

So anyhow freezing eggs - I just whisk them up Yolk and white together and then pour them into ice cube makers and freeze????????
Someone else said they don;t freeze well that way and they should be seperated Whites only - Yolks only 3 to a freezer bag and the Yolks need a stabalizer - was told to put in some syrup??? I am confused I just want them to still be edible!!!! Not hatchable!!!

Because I live in Ireland and WE CAN SELL EGGS!!!!!!!!! he he he - lol

Yep, I just whisk, dump, and freeze. But I'm sure there may be some taste variation when used... that's why I only use for baking, and in mixes, etc. If you're overloaded and losing them anyway, try freezing a few and see how it turns out for you. Ya just never know...
