Help I can't count

Okay, so I have been panicking all day because today is day 21 and no pips yet.
Trying to fill the time by browsing the forums, and saw someone say that day 1 doesn't start until 24 hours AFTER you put the eggs in the incubator. Is this true? If so I am rather silly - and have blamed the fact that every hatch I have ever done has been late!

Doh! Thank you - at least I don't have to worry now as they are not really late yet. Kids are moaning though, we've been waiting in all weekend in case they hatch early and now I've had to tell them it won't be until tomorrow!
