HELP, I don't if my babies are gone or just not ready

I stupidly didn't keep track of when my hen started sitting so now I have no idea when the hatch date should be, a few days ago she decided to stop sitting and the eggs were ice cold I took them and her crated her with them and she's been sitting again, I have 3 all together. I can see movement in the first pic but I don't know if he's over done or just not ready, and the other pic I see no movement and thought it was 18 days but that was 4 days ago, can anyone tell me if they look normal or how I can tell if they are still ok, I can't actually see a baby in the last one I have 2 that look like this just a dark side and a air sac side I believe. I thought they were dead when I collected them so I cracked one open and a fully formed baby was in there but still had a lot of blood and yolk with it, it took a few breaths then died. I felt horrible after that but I had to know.

If she is setting on them I would just leave them for a few more days. They will either hatch or not. I don't think that they can be "over done" especially if they are moving around in there.
