Help?? I dont know whther its alive or not?

okay so 3 days ago my egg was great moving around and everything. however since then i havent seen any movement, my bator for some reason went from 99 degrees to about 102 over night so maybe thats why... but i fixed the problem but still no movement, also no stink. so i dont know if its still alive or not...??? help?

dark line in the upper right resembles a vein but darker? looks like on us if we break a blood vessel except its dark instead of blue ish
and the two spots on the left is the embryo--which is no longer moving
