Ok, so I did the float test on all the eggs. None of them floated!!! All of them sank and less than a dozen had a slight lift of the narrow end so they laid slightly tilted on the bottom. Does that makes sense?
I used those eggs to feed to the hens, and you are so right, they LOVED them!
So, I have about 4 dozen eggs that sunk completely flat, don't smell and look perfectly normal. Now that they have been in water, the protective covering has been washed off.
I should def refrigerate them now right? I am thinking it's ok to cook with them, since they seem totally normal, am I crazy?
Made zucchini bread with them so will soon see how it works I guess. Praying it goes fine, but with al, the research I have done it should be ok.
Is there something else I could be missing tom make sure theybare fine?
Thanks!
