Help I have a 16+ week old chick that has a cross beak

Hello, my name is Becky, I have a 16+ week old chick that was giving to me in November that I’m worried about. She seems like she’s starving all the time. I syringe feed her 2x daily… wet cat food,sometimes I give her my small dogs food..it’s in a bag in the refrigerator section at Walmart.. They are the perfect size (round) that I can shove in her mouth..and grapes,blueberries.. but is there a easier way… someone said to clip her beak.. I don’t think I should…how would I feed her then… UGGG!! Anyone please do you know anything about how to treat this.. thanks Becky

Clipping the beak back to just before the quick can help as can providing moistened feed in a deep dish. A lot depends upon how bad the cross beak is.

Do you have a picture of her that you can post? I had a crossbeak that I filed her beak down every 2-4 weeks.
