Help! I have a chick with sac of fluid!

I just hatched 6 chicks, they all had a little problems with absorbing the yoke, it could be because we mailed them or incubation. The last chick to hatch has a huge almost like deflated yoke sac. I’m not sure if it’s mushy chick, or if it just absorbed too much yoke? I don’t know what is happening.
